Driving back from Wichita Falls to Lawton on a Sunday we came across one of your work trucks. I'd like to say it was pleasant, but the guy driving was weaving in and out of traffic, cutting people off. I didn't catch a truck number only KS plates which may be all your trucks. I'm only saying your people should be more careful in this day and age when operating company vehicles. You never know who will be watching.

One of their superintendents does not treat interns with any kind of care. That's not even accounting for his utter lack of jobsite safety and health consciousness. I don't know if he is still around the company, but unfortunately, even if he is not, his attitude and lack of concern for the workers reflected very poorly on this business, and made me change my career path from Construction Management into Architecture. In a way, I'm glad I changed because I would not want to work with human scourge like him on a regular basis. I don't want to drop the guy's name, but his initials are G.E.

My son out of trade school worked there supervisor said he was doing great three month's came around,laid him off guess they didn't want to buy insurance,just shuffle young men around. Guess there's alot to of young men needing jobs. Not equal opportunity in my view?

And excuse my daring.(Original)Hola buenos dias, mi nombre es Martha Rosales, soy esposa de un empleado de construcion de esa gran compania, mi esposo tiene un ano de trabajar para ustedes, el trabaja como cementero, y desempena otras labores en esa misma area, y desde que entro a trabajar nunca lo habia escuchado hablar mal de nadie puesto que no es su costumbre hablar mal del proximo, y el estaba contento y a diario comentaba que la compania es muy grande y fructifera y que los duenos de esa gran comapania heran personas nobles y comprensivas por eso dios los socorria, y en las reuniones familiares siepre decia que Crossland hera la mejor compania en construccion, pero hasta hace poco el esta fastidiado y no es por el trabajo, porque el tiene 20 anos de experiencia en ese ramo, sino por las personas encargadas de las cuadrillas que se valen de su puesto para reprimir,humillar,gritar ydescriminar a unos empleados valiendose de su puesto, y el resultado de eso es: que los empleados no rindan en su trabajo por el ambiente tan hostil que provocan esas personas....es por eso que con todo respeto escbribo esto para que se den cuenta el personal de la oficina de recursos humanos lo q realmente pasa, yo le dije a mi esposo que le dijera al encargado de cuadrilla que arriba de el habia jefes mas altos y que le iva a notificar la situacion, pero lo unico que logro fue que lo intimidaran con quitarle el trabajo..y decirle que quedara fichado y no le daarian empleo en otra compania, y yo digo kien y conque derecho esa persona dice tantas tonterias....yo sin autorizacion de mi esposo me atrevi a escribir este incidente para ver si toman cartas en el asunto las personas correspondientes, porque no es justo que los duenos de tan gran empresa, piensen q todo anda bien cuando por hay anda un empleado prepotente haciendo el mal a los cementeros,ruferos,chirroqueros etc.etc... sin mas por el,momento me despido y les reitero mi respeto y consideracion.....att. una simple esposa de un empleado... gracias. y disculpen mi atrevimiento.
