The experience with Crystal Glass Commercial was as amazing. When building a new building or large scale renovation, a variety of things can go wrong and they were there to help us the whole way. The team they sent us was able to make changes quickly, add or focus on things when needed and they gave us the ability to complete our build on a quicker scale. Thanks to Dylan and everyone at CG for the incredible design, and install at The Grand Imperial Banquet. We highly recommend anyone looking for a superior level or treatment.

I had a bad experience with the crystal glass . I needed a table glass as the old one was broken and i went to this store and brought my old table glass to them to get the right measurement . They took a 2 weeks to make it and I paid $185 for the glass and got the table glass ready after 2 weeks brought it to home and the glass was 2 inches bigger than the old one and it didn’t fit in the table. Again have to bring it back to the shop to get it cut 2 inches and they said have to drop and will call me once ready and it has passed one month again they never called me back and then I called them to know if it’s ready or not. Then went to shop to pick it up and bring to home and it’s again slightly 1/2 inch bigger. What a stupid people working over there . They had to get me up and down 6 times for getting the right measurement instead checking their own self if the warehouse made a right glass. From here we can see how unprofessional they are . I travelled 6 times there and wasted my 40$ of fuel , time and $185 for glass for their mistake . I don’t recommend to anyone please don’t go there as they are totally unprofessional . They just charge you a double money than other for nothing. Please don’t trust their business.

I stopped in this shop after another Crystal Glass location had butchered the replacement of my windshield and claimed it was done right. The manager heard my conversation with his receptionist, and stopped what he was doing in his office and took over the conversation. We looked over the loose trim together and my complaints with the previous install, and he went over what was done right and what wasn't, he then proceeded to book me in and when i picked up my vehicle, true to his word - they fixed it with no charge to myself, all the problems I had with the other shops install were fixed, and it was done properly. Amazing customer service! I can definitely say, this changed my opinion on Crystal Glass, I'll definitely be coming back to this shop
