Client Review on Crystal Studios Web Design

If you are looking for a simple website crystal studios (Neil) might be the right choice but avoid for more advanced projects. His work ethic is far from professional, he is a poor communicator, and his skills are not as advanced as he claims. We hired Neil to write the code for our web app which he claimed would be done within 1.5 months. It ended up taking 6 months before we abandoned the project unfinished after countless back-and-forth discussions about numerous errors and bugs. Not only did Neil not honor our contract (did not provide the code we paid for), he was very disrespectful. You get what you pay for and with Crystal Studios you cannot expect much. We ended up hiring another contractor who got the job done in half the time with 10 times the quality.
