This is my first review every because I usually don’t care too much but today I went to pick up prescription today and was a pretty disappointing experience! I have insurance with both mine and my husband but it only went through mine! Now blue cross changed our company plan in April so I asked if she can double check as this has happened before... she couldn’t be bothered and was no help. She was acting like I was he biggest pain in her ass and here was no one even in line yet, wouldn’t even double check the plan numbers. ughh, I’ll just go to coop from now on
