Overall Feedback:

CDS installed 15 cameras for us that work when we are in our store but our mobile access stopped working about 2 months ago...Enrique installed it all without showing me how he did it or anything so after trying countless times to get him to give us support over the phone and getting no response, he finally came to see what the problem was, he wasn’t able to fix anything but told us he would call us back the next day to help fix it over the phone. He charged us $80 for coming and we haven’t been able to get him on the phone since and that was 10 days ago so we still do not have access to the system Custom Digital Signage installed and I have no idea why he charged us $80 and won’t call us back now. Proceed with extreme caution unless you want to get the runaround and spend hours of your own time trying to get the product working. Extremely disappointing because Enrique is a nice guy otherwise.
