Feedback:

It's really dysfunctional and always pushing due dates. If you don't call to double check on everything, you might not get your items finished on time. Don't ever assume that they will reach out to you first if they don't have your stuff done. They will hope you don't notice and act like it's your fault for not calling first if you just show up to pick up your items even if you know that your order's due by the end of the day. I'm sorry for the couple of girls that have worked up front because it's not their fault. the place is so badly managed. And it's so dirty in there. A few times we've gotten some pretty dirty shirts and it's no surprise why.
