Client Review on Customize That!

WON'T CUSTOMIZE THAT! I called "customize that" yesterday (which is the owners cell phone number Brad) told him my situation that I have a sales team coming to town and wanted to get some shirts screen printed and would have my shirts done first to see if I liked his work. I told him they were "under armor" shirts and he quoted me a price and scheduled a time for today. I brought them in and he said "these are under armor?" Which he already knew, he just wanted to up sell me to get them embroidered instead. He said he wouldn't screen print them so I went to walk out then he tried to continue to sell me his way. He said I didn't know what I was doing and was insulting to my career as well. He bragged about his reviews and that's why I came in the first place. Brad was a jerk. I literally was at a lost of words because he knew everything before I came in and made an appointment. Made me mad because he completely waisted my time. The reviews here got to be his friends because it definitely wasn't the same place or experience. He changed his mind at the end and said he would do it but there are plenty of places out there who will screen print shirts. He lost out on a pretty decent sale. I'm blown away....
