Just wanted to share my great experience with this company. I was initially looking to buy a phone gimbal and they had it brand new on their website at a VERY competitive price, but unfortunately when I went to buy it, it was out of stock. I went to their online chat and had great customer care from Matt who answered a few of my questions and I tried to ask if he can check when they are going to restock, I was lucky enough that they just had restocked. Ordered it on Monday and it was in my hands by Tuesday morning, what more can I say. The product was as described - brand new and in total working order. Packaging was put nicely to protect the product! Definitely recommend, if you are looking to buy something from them!

I've dealt with CVP face to face before but this was my first experience of ordering online.Locating the right product was easy and the online ordering process was quick and efficient but what I really liked was the follow up emails updating me on progress. In particular the email which said "your order is being carefully packed". The product (a Rycote windjammer) arrived on time, within 48 hours of being ordered.
