I had quite a negative experience with CYber SYtes. When there was an issue with the website going down periodically, Kevin said to me on the phone, "Quite frankly, this is your problem and not ours." Not only would I not recommend CYSY because of their poor customer support, but they don't even own their servers– they just do white label hosting using Pear. I highly recommend rethinking using this company because of their rude demeanor and their non-proprietary, amateur hosting and website setup.

With their proven record of delivering SEO results, we were confident CYber SYtes would successfully promote our business online. They worked to understand our industry needs and designed a custom plan to increase our exposure in Google, Yahoo, MSN/Live, and other top sites. Over the course of the project, our Google listings increased 944% (from 18,000 to 170,000 per month); and the number of clicks from Google increased 1,153% (from 1,300 to 15,000 per month). We have been extremely satisfied with the results and recommend CYber SYtes to anyone looking for SEO and online marketing services.

CySy did a great job developing our parts website. Price was reasonable and the site was highly configurable using the admin pages and it looks great. Hosting fees are very reasonable. We are a large company and it brings in roughly $3M per year. Trouble is, when it goes down there is only one guy there who can fix it. Today the site is down and the programmer/support guy is out sick, so we'll just flush $10K in sales away today. Yes, we are going to have to move the site to a larger outfit.
