My computer was sooo bad I got 5 web pages every time I tried to go online-Cyber CPU picked it up--fixed it and delivered it in a little over 24 hours AND taught me a trick I never knew in 22 years on a computer--also before this my new tower acted up and Rich took it-fixed it and brought it back --same time frame--EXCELLENT!!!!
