We had the pleasure of working with Ron at CyberOptik. Our website needed an update and we wanted to go with someone local to help guide us through the process. From the initial meeting to the website launch, Ron was very responsive and always kept us informed on the site progress. We can now manage our own site updates in-house and simple updates are not as cumbersome as they were before. Our Website looks GREAT and we would highly recommend CyberOptik for any of your website needs!

I am so very pleased with our new website that was overseen by Ron Johnson and designed by Warren Greeley's team. The process was smooth and I was shown mock-ups along the way to see how things were coming along (and I was extremely picky with the layout, fonts, design, etc...) I was impressed right off the bat with the on-line survey I was asked to complete prior to meeting with Ron. The survey prompted me to think about our new website at a much deeper level than I had originally considered. After the survey was completed, Ron came by my office to discuss the website in even more detail. The proposal I received was very thorough, much more thorough than other proposals I had received.In my opinion the up front information gathering paid off as it made the process very efficient-no time wasted.Once the design was underway, Ron and his team kept us posted as to what was happening, what we could expect and when.After the website was launched, Ron and his team responded to any requests we had in a timely manner. We were not "nickled and dimed" for every little thing we requested.Ron and his team did an excellent job.I would highly recommend hiring CyberOptik if you are in need of a website or looking to up date your existing website.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience a few years back. FIND SOMEONE ELSE. Hired for web site development. Extremely slow with progress, and after hounding them for weeks about wishing to see something, their first proof to review looked like some little kid slapped it together and was very unprofessional with many mistakes and misspellings. Made a stupid mistake at the beginning by giving them our corporate credit card. We then tried to end the relationship and get most of our deposit back. While negotiating with them to get a refund, they charged our credit card AGAIN for full payment, unbeknownst to us. So when we negotiated a refund, we had absolutely no idea that they had charged our credit card AGAIN. CAUTION: DO NOT PAY BY CREDIT CARD WITH THIS COMPANY, and FIND SOME OTHER COMPANY FOR WEB SITE DESIGN!
