I mistakenly uploaded a Linux operating system to my Seagate Backup Plus Slim 2TB External Hard Drive Portable HDD. DA Computers were very helpful and examined the drive for possible data retrival. They reported the data could be recovered. I forgot some of the huge data files and older Linux distros saved in the drive. On the day of pickup from DA Computers, the Tech's apologized for keeping the drive longer than anticipated due to the extra time it took to recover all data and the many Linux distros on the drive. They recovered everything -- everything. I was very embarrassed by my forgetfulness but became totally convinced DA Computers was the only computer sales and repair shop in the valley to receive all of my business in the future. Need advice, repair, or a new computer. Look no further than DA Computers. A must.
