They have kept my yellow pages advertising expense under control. DAI staff are very helpful and understanding. I know I am not the best client because I am always behind. DAI staff never get irritated when they have to remind me more than once to return the information they have provided me on a yellow pages order. I've been very satisfied with Directory Assistants Inc. Before using DAI I did not know I could negotiate a better rate or that it was not really necessary to run a large 1/2 or full page ad like my competitors were running. DAI has also freed me from constantly being bombarded with requests for yellow pages advertising from the many, many yellow pages vendors in my area.
