EVERY BRAND HAS A STORY TO TELL.

But are you telling the right story? And is your story reaching the right people? These are the questions we ask all of our clients.

Its why we developed Brand Soul, a proprietary process that uncovers the essence of a brand and maps its DNA. Together with our data and analytics, we connect the right stories to the right people, fostering a one-to-one connection thats relevant, resonant and lasting. We love new tools.

Were experts in storytelling. And with a full suite of production capabilities, were best positioned to meet the evolving needs of our clients. On February 1, 2017, Dailey returned to its roots as one of LAs first and best-known independent agencies a story that began nearly fifty years ago on January 1, 1968, when Peter Dailey first opened our doors.

Among his first hires were Cliff Einstein and Phil Joanou, who took over leadership of the agency when Peter became the U.S. Ambassador to Ireland in 1982. Under their guidance, Dailey grew quickly and in 1983 was purchased by Interpublic.

But the spirit that has always been part of our DNA soon became evident to our new owners. They kept trying to rebrand us. Phil and Cliff kept refusing to change our name.

Now weve become a truly independent agency once again. As the technology of communications changes, we continue to redefine ourselves with services that fulfill our clients changing needs. And we continue to build the long-term relationships were known for, based on deep knowledge of our clients businesses and complete transparency.

Overall Feedback:

No one answers the phone. No one is ever there. No one returns emails. No one reads Facebook messages. If you comment on their Facebook posts they will delete your comment. Was told to contact them by Honda USA and after over a year I finally got someone that works there to message me. They told me I will be contacted within the week. That was over a month ago and now that person isn't responding to messages. Every time I see them post it's videos of people dancing and singing or them painting graffiti on the office walls. Seems like the business in charge of Honda's advertising is just a bunch of kids raking in money as They play games and tag their office walls.
