What was the best part of the experience?

We came from a really, really bad vendor, who literally stole all of our content and files. The Big D and SEO Dogs team helped us rebuild our website and revitalize our name and SEO within months of launch. The team allayed all my fears about the complications of moving a website from a hostile vendor. They worked closely with my team and me, communicated well and continue to deliver results three years later in SEO, PPC and general website maintenance and management.

What would you change about the experience?

The actual process of getting the website designed, developed and launched takes a lot longer than proposed. We did three websites with this group and for all three the timeline was much longer than expected. I know that a lot can cause setbacks and the team did several workarounds to ensure we still had a plan B when the launch dates were pushed back. I would suggest to change that expectation for the consumer by quoting a more realistic timeline or overestimated timeline--better to be ready early than late.

Even with the lagging timelines, I would choose this company and recommend them again and again. They operate with integrity (which is so hard to find in the web vendor world) and they truly partner with you to get the job done and continue to manage jobs well and communicate effectively with an ongoing contract.
