Great practice space! Location is pretty good for middle island, a hike from nyc though. The rooms are huge and totally worth the price. Generally clean, doesn’t smell like beer and cigarettes like lots of other practice spaces in the area. The guys who work here are really nice and accommodating and I recommend Dare to all of my pals.

My band has recorded music with Mike and we loved working with him. He allows you to have creative control but offers constructive feedback on how to make your tracks sound better. He also gives a lot of nice suggestions during the mixing process when mixing our tracks. We have always had positive experiences at Dare
