Hired Daryl through my actual attorney to deal with a child custody matter 4 hours away from where I reside. 5k, 2 court dates and a bunch of bogus information later.. this is what I've recieved: an amended custody order that should have NEVER been filed, as my out of state custody order was not released by my previous state of residence for any type of amendment(s), only enforcement. This due to misinformation and the lovely Wilkes County court system, whom are apparently out of date or don't care about current custody laws. I've got 2 children who are currently subjected to a parent who thinks leaving fire arms and ammunition readily available to ANYONE is acceptable, and a previous attorney I would not hire nor recommend even if the legal advice was FREE.
