Karen is absolutely wonderful to work with! I handle the posts for my team's Wordpress website and Karen has been my host contact since I started over six years ago. She spends as much time as needed to show me new things. We have done screen-share sessions, phone calls and in-person meetings. She is very responsive to emails when something happens on the website that I need help with. We just worked with her to do a major face lift to our whole site and she was as awesome as ever.
