Save yourself the hassle, stress and money. Although, everyone seemed to be great people, their actual programming skills left quite a bit to be desired. We finally had enough and went to another Richmond company. The software is still in use but has cost about 10 times the original price quoted. In addition, it appears we will need to scrap it soon because the source code is just too unstable.
