Dave Rodrigues is great at diagnosing issues and getting things up an running again. He can provide quick on-line or on-site support, depending on the problem. The best part---Dave was proactive in installing a software patch to prevent recurrence of one of our issues--something that our the previous tech support company had not offered up, probably because it meant we wouldn't pay them for phone support as often.
