Read your contract before signing any contract David Development owns. We had a section in the contract which stated we have to pay back all concessions in arrears if you break the lease. This means if you rent an apartment for 1.5K and they gave you a $500 concession because they can't rent the apartment at 2K, then upon a lease termination you have to pay $500 * Number of months you paid rent, plus the one month extra of rent.
