Do not use this company for your phone polling needs. They get numbers that are restricted and on no call lists and they call them after 8:30pm. I was told by one of their phone operators that this is standard procedure and that the company thinks that polling calls this late is acceptable. They will also hide call information to get you on the phone. I am sure there is a more reputable company that will respect its customers and it's polled population better than this one. I was appalled at the attitude of the individual I spoke with and am disappointed that companies have lost respect for people and their personal time and information. Please consider using a company that has better professional business practices.

I was skeptical receiving a letter in the mail to go on line and fill out a survey. I was skeptical again when I qualified and was given an address and time to be somewhere. It all made me a bit nervous and unsure but it ended up being a very cool experience. Everyone was very professional, the focus group was really fun and informative and I loved being a part of it. I wish I could do more. I can't stop thinking about what a great couple of hours that was.

SCAM. Wasted my valuable time. Answered a number of questions over the phone and then asked to complete a survey for a $20 gift card that we NEVER received. BOGUS. LIES. SCAM
