OK...so I was in Omaha for less than a week when the screen on my Surface Pro 4 bulged open in one corner from a bad battery. I ordered and had overnight-ed a battery replacement, took the screen off and started to dismantle to remove the old battery but quickly decided this job was too complex for me. Called Ken and he said, "bring it on over". Ken installed the battery and fixed my Surface Pro. What great and honest service I received and I would not hesitate to send anyone to Ken....yes "Woohoo! As good as it gets!
