Overall Feedback:
The boss seem friendly and nice before installation but after the delivery, we noticed that there’s a chipped off on the bed frame and the finishing of the staircases is bad so we asked if we could change since we bought it new but the installer and boss told us that usually customer will asked them to touch up with varnish brush? Really? Hello, we paid for a new bed frame! Why do we want to touch up!We were told If we wanted to replace the bed frame, we need to wait until end of September 2018!
