Worst HR Process I had an interview with DCKAP and the interview process was good. Once you done with the interview they wont call back. we have to follow them and get to know about our interview status. Its shows worse side of yours.Advice To HR and Technicall Team : If the candidates aren't meet your JD don't ask them to attend interview and waste their time.Don't think we are jobless and making time for your company.
