I contacted DE Web Works as a recent college graduate who was in the process of making career choices and in the beginning stages of job hunting. I needed a contact/organization where I could gain an insider’s view of the Information Technology (IT) field. DE Web Works promptly responded to my request for an Informational Interview and even offered to set up a “mock interview” with one of their Network Administrators. The informational interview provided me with insightful information about the IT field which helped me shape a better career path for myself. I gained valuable constructive criticism on the areas that I need to improve upon to make my resume stand out, how to handle technical Q&A during an interview and suggestions on ways to “calm my nerves” during the interview process.My overall experience with the knowledgeable staff at DE Web Works was everything I was expecting and more. I left their office with a degree of confidence in myself and my next career move that I definitely did not walk in with.
