Feedback:

Too big for their britches. In the last two years their support, site quality, innovation, and customer service has gone from exceptional to absolute trash. From what I can tell, the company sold last year, and I assume this has contributed to the problem. They have failed to keep up with changes in technology and google and their support team keeps giving us the runaround. We are locked in to a contract, but I already have someone working on a new site for us and we will be leaving as soon as our contract expires - If you are leaving make sure to give several months notice otherwise your contract will auto renew. Such poor customer service. They pretend to be 'for' small business, but unless you have several locations, or buy their additional services at several grand a month, they don't even take your calls.

Feedback:

I would not recommend this company they promise that they can do better than your current website, but once your using them it makes a downward fall. After 5 months the company I work for we went back to the one we had previously. Don’t waste your money!

Austin Davis is the only name I need to name! I took over a few months ago with the Digital Marketing for a dealership group in Columbus Ohio. Since my first meeting with Austin I have seen nothing but excellence, efficiency, and so much more. He is a valuable asset to any team and without him we would not be seeing the success that we have recently. I am lucky enough to be with Austin when it comes to being among the younger group in the industry. Austin never disappoints and his work ethic and attention to detail is already among the best.

Our DS representative (Robert G.) is awesome! He's polite, quick to respond and made sure I knew how to use the website functions properly when I started managing websites for my company. The support team is also fantastic! I send requests to them non-stop (sorry guys) and they're extremely intelligent and make sure the implementation is nearly seamless, every time. Props! Keep doing what your'e doing.
