I usually do not write a review, but I feel obligated to warn future customers about this company. I hired Deer Park Sign Shop to purchase and install my office's LED sign. First of all, it took them 6 months after my business was open to actually install the sign. Less then a year later, I noticed red line appearing on the LED sign. I immediately contacted the owner and sent photos of the sign. He said he will contact the company, and that was last time I heard from him. Since then, I contacted the office, sent numerous texts and emailed them, but received no response from them. I had to hire an attorney in order for them to respond to me, and still they don't take any part on responsibility on their job- telling me I have to contact the LED company myself. The sign is getting worse overtime, and now complete letters are missing. I contacted the LED company and Deer Park Sign Shop has mixed up my serial number with another company's sign. This is harming my company's advertisement and costing me more money in attorney fees. If I could, I would give them NO STAR. Beware of hiring them.
