No follow up or follow through. For weeks I have been trying to get a repair done with this company. Each time I am told the repair has been completed the sign does not work. they rarely answer the phone and never answer emails. They have been out to my store over five times and each time there is no solid reason why the issue is not fixed. I am told issue is fixed and then the sign does not work. I've explained I am on a timeline and it is critical. I will not use them again if I can even get this repair completed. It should not have been so difficult to get a sign repaired with this company.
