Best place to live on rental in SF Bay area. Amazing service 24*7 and highly secured with all the amenities like gym, pool, laundry, and parking. Fully furnished apartments just like 5 star hotels. Also, the staff specially Mabel is really helpful. You can reach out to her anytime and she's always ready to help.

After living near Market Street for months, i moved into Marina Cove Apartment and I love it. Great location, easy access to groceries store and greens. Cozy place to live in and best part of this apartment is being fully furnished. All the furniture used in this apartment is moderate quality. Only issue would be slightly thin walls, but so far, i had not much trouble because of noise. Maybe I am lucky to have quiet neighbors.

Moved in here for a 3 month lease. Everything was okay for the first month. Heard alot of noise, fighting, mugging, and so forth. It wasn't until the last month that I got incredibly horrified. There was a mouse eating my food in the middle of the night. My boyfriend and I had to pot it and bag it to throw away. Also, they gave no warning whatsoever about construction going on in the 3 apartments around me. Leftside, rightside, and across. I should've taken note when one by one they left. Banging and hammering all day long. They left messes on the hallway. Sure it ended after 6pm. But even the construction team are stupid, connecting the hot water to the cold water causing an explosion in the wall to my kitchen, resulting in water leaking through my apartment! That was the last straw. I wanted out. Trinity gave me a ridiculous 3 page clean up menu. There inspection was literally circling everything that needs to be done and left. I cleaned up before the inspection to everything they said to do. Overall, they are super nice to you when you move in, when moving out, goodluck! You gotta chase them down. Not to mention property managers changed within the three months. The newly renovated apartments I sneaked peaked were vinyl wood and some more shelving. Looks nicer.

We moved into Marina Cove on a three months lease and expected to use it as a temporary base, while we looked for something longer term. We liked Marina Cove and the people who work there so much, we stayed for three and a half years. Over the years the management staff, especially Pam and Mabel have been extraordinaryily helpful to my wife and I as we encountered life changes and new directions. Whenever we needed guidance or help the onsite management team provided the assistance we required. Honestly, we are sorry to leave, but a new opportunity takes away from the City we love best.
