Client Review on Del City Tag Agency

If I could rate it at zero Stars I would. This place is a f****** joke. They admit fault for a mistake they made but don't do anything to correct it, leaving me with a ticket for a tag that belongs to a completely different vehicle. They registered my vehicle to a tag that belonged to another vehicle already. Charged me over $120 on top of my renewal for my tags which was another $120. They make mistakes on purpose so you can come back in to get it fixed and pay them some more money. To the idiots that post these reviews saying that people didn't have their paperwork right or whatever, I did. I'm a 30-year resident of Del City and I am moving out first chance I get just so I don't have to put anymore money in Del Citys pocket. How Del City Tag is still in business is beyond me.
