I've been a long time customer. Delivery of the paper is usually very good, but their customer service is disappointing. Depending on who you speak with, you get different answers to the same ongoing questions regarding billing, Additionally, due to the recent ransomware attack at the paper, how can anybody be sure just how safe your billing and personal information is with the State News. That is one question that they have never bothered to answer.

I'm a Independent Contractor/ Carrier and have been for the past Five years now and I really enjoy delivering the Delaware State News. I have some really great subscribers. So if anyone is looking to make some money on the side this is the place. Cathy n Jessie are the best.

Expected better service after being with them almost 30 years. Had auto pay set up for once a year, it was changed with no notification and I can't even get a Parade magazine. Very disappointing.
