What really shines through is their expertise and ability to deliver what is needed effectively and timely and to provide the support and guidance needed for us to make the most of the technology (apps, new website and an online bookings system). Friendly, professional and able to present in a way that is really easy to understand and access. My biggest frustration with other companies has always been the jargon and apparent complexity - this is where Rubiqa come in to their own - they have the expertise and skills but the ability to translate this to those of us without such technical understanding.
