Delwedd is a very professional and efficient company and in the two years I've worked with them, I have nothing but praise for them. When I phone or email to ask for help or guidance, the staff always respond quickly and solve the issue straight away. No matter how often we add things to the website, the items are there within the promised time. I would highly recommend this company.

I have been using the services of Delwedd for several years, in respect of two very different business websites, which they have created for me. They have been exceedingly helpful and are more than willing to go the extra mile, which is a rarity in this day and age! Having worked with five members of the team I can only praise their individual knowledge, technical skill and creativity. As a client, without great technical skills in the internet field, I am not always the best at explaining what it is I am seeking to create. This has never been a problem - it is as if they grasped the idea, understood my vision and turned it into reality. Mike has been particularly helpful and patient when I run into difficulties with my explanation. His experience and personal knowledge has been of immense help to me. From the concept of an idea they work through it carefully with the client, to create what the client wants. They deliver the goods in an exemplary fashion and on time. Updates are made as per requests and promptly. My enthusiasm for Delwedd is such that I have invited them to list their services, as business links, on each of my websites. I can but conclude by saying that I am delighted that they have accepted each of my invitations. I wish them well for a prosperous future in the 21st century.

I spoke to Mike who was so unhelpful it was untrue. Having been directed to speak to Mike by the Chamber of Commerce, I did so? He was unhelpful and frankly stunningly rude. I will be asking the Chamber to consider moving our business away as it is not conducive to good business to have our businesses in their hands.
