All talk, no walk. This business is a joke. Don't waste your time or money. They promised me good prices and then wouldn't return calls. Tried to make me come to their office at 9pm to measure my truck for magnets. What a joke.

Very unprofessional. I do not recommend this company at all. I ignored the other reviews before I did business with them and soon regreted it. I was told my business cards would be ready one day and 4 days later I finally got them. I scheduled an appointment to meet with someone on this Monday. When I got there the place was closed I waited 45 mins then left. They do NOT ANSWER THERE PHONE CALLS! Save yourself some time and shop some place else

I hate to write this review because this was the sweetest family to deal with. However, after trying to get my complete order after 3 months I must say this business has major short comings when it comes to communication. Over the past 3 months I have: called, text, went to the store 3 times, had promises that my last two products would be shipped to me, and I still do not have them.I order 11 shirts 1 polo and 1 hat. The day I went to pick everything up they were late getting to the store and when they got there they told me that the polo and hat were not finished, even tho I was told before the order was complete. And since then 2 1/2 months have gone and I still do not have 1 shirt and the hat. DEM does good work, but do not follow their posted store hours, and do not communicate well.

I would give them Zero starts if I could. Very unprofessional. They asked for the money up front and I did not receive all my product and the few shirts I got where done very sloppy. Now they don't even want to answer my calls. very disrespectful.

IF I could rate this company a zero I would. They are the most unprofessional company that I have ever dealt with. I paid for some jackets and bags to be embroidered. He had my items for months and then told me he would have everything done by March the 13th, I called that day no one answered the phone nor emails. We have even stopped by and no one would come to the door. I run a dance team and my dancers were suppose to have these items a long time ago. I try to support black owned businesses but this is what happens. Warning DONOT use them for anything!!

I am the owner of a local business and out of everyone I could have chosen I chose DEM. I will say that when I met Courtney Williams he immediately won me over with his amazing talent of lay out and graphic art capabilities. We talked and he sent updates almost daily until...... I paid him $550. on 9-30-2018 for an order of hoodies, toboggans, t-shirts and business cards.Then almost immediately he couldn't be reached and doesn't return calls or emails for weeks and when he did it was excuses and promises .Shortly after his number was changed and he was never at the business. As of today 11-21-18 it has been almost 2 months and I am yet to receive so much as my business cards much less any of the rest of the order? NOTE: (Courtney when and if you fulfill the original order that was paid for in advance I will remove this review.)
