May 10, 2016 I called and gave my credit card for the deposit of $23.00. These crooks deducted it from my account but when I sent 5 of my valuable video tapes, I was told that DENEVI had their wrong address on the internet. I sent them by UPS specified by DENEVI DIGITAL IMAGING and they were delivered to 21091 FOOTHILL BLVD in HAYWARD CA which was on the internet to the May Official Video Tape Transfer Order form. When I called, they said that they had moved 2 years earlier. (?) This is NEGLIGENCE. BAD BUSINESS!I suggest you go anywhere else rather than trust this company. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR VALUABLES. I did and lost. I called UPS to get my money back and the agent said he had 3 other orders going to the old address. DENEVI: Your GROUPON is still sending orders to the old address. Be smart and change it!
