I've never had issues with my mail until I moved to an area serviced by this post office. My important mail is at the mercy of if they deliver it or not. I have had people tell me they have sent me mail that I have not recieved. If it happened a few times I could see it being a mistake but this is simply unacceptable. I even signed up for informed delivery because of this issue and either I won't get anything scanned to me and I'll get mail or I'll get mail scanned but not delivered or only one or two pieces scanned of many pieces delivered. Unfortunately I'll probably have to get a pobox nowhere near this office so that I can make sure I get my mail.

This is without a doubt the worst post office I have ever been to or received mail through. None of the carriers seem to be able to deliver the mail to the correct address. If you complain, they act like it never happened before. There isn't much mail delivered to our little community. Most residents are home during the day and would be more than happy to help the carrier out with good information. The mailman we usually get looks like he is wasted on drugs.

This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in a supposedly professional work environment. The workers could care less, they are rude and extremely unhelpful. I kept going back thinking it can’t be as bad as the last time and I was always wrong. On top of pitiful service, one of my packages said delivered and I never recieved it. I work from home and was home during the time of the supposed delivery but never heard a knock or saw a package. I get all of my UPS, FedEx and amazon packages but the one USPS package I get doesn’t ever show up. Not surprised. I tired to ask the USPS man that delivers our letters but he locks the door to our mailroom and didn’t answer when I repeated knocked. Never using any USPS again.

Lazy Workers all they care about is going to lunch and going home. one stuffed a 30 plus year old shop manual for my truck into my tiny po box breaking the binding and the book split in half this worker was too lazy to put it in a parcel holding locker and put a key in my box. the supervisor acted like she didn't care and she said she would talk to the person. as long as it isent their own they don't care. this person should be FIRED if they did it to my mail they do it to everyboys

Well not much need to complain, they only have a 2 star rating. But while I'm here i find it very hard to believe that in my 55+ community of 243 addresses that nobody receives mail on Friday's. I've been watching. At first I thought maybe a coincidence I'm not getting mail on Friday's. But I didn't even see a mail truck come thru the community. Tried calling busy, busy, busy. It is usless trying to get any answers.

The lady that never comes to get our packages inside of our showroom and customers call because it takes forever to get to them something needs to be done she just speeds past every time were on the 8900 block of 49th st its really getting out of hand...

Staff is always friendly and do their best to move customers through the lines quickly when very busy. The longest I have ever been in line was 10 minutes and that was at Christmas time.
