Client Review on Design Center Signs

Feedback:

I called Design Center to request pricing quotes on a new monument sign for our commercial property. The first time I called Design Center, the receptionist took my information and told me a sales rep would be in contact with me. a month and a half went by and I never received a call from a sales rep. East Texas is short on reputable sign companies I can use, so I called back to see if I could speak to someone else to get pricing quotes. The receptionist who answered on my second call was apologetic and transferred me to Paul Ingle, one of the owners. Paul was helpful while we were on the phone and promised to personally handle our request to get us pricing. That's been about two months ago and I have yet to hear anything from Design Center or Paul Ingle. If the owner of the company cannot follow through with his promise, how can I rely on the company itself to follow through with their own work? It's just very disappointing to see such poor levels of service from companies like this in East Texas.
