A couple of months ago, our company had interviewed over a dozen website developers from all over the country, and finding one that was also an expert in SEO was our primary focus for two reasons. First, we were about to undergo a substantial rebrand with a new company name and everything, and we knew we needed a brand new website. Our previous website was absolutely terrible, and we were essentially nonexistent online. And secondly, we needed to find a new SEO strategic partner for our company and clients, so we figured that hiring them would be the best way to experience their work for ourselves. We found John from Design Me online, and long story short, we decided to go with them simply as a result of their proposed process. Our ability to suggest changes and have input as the development of the website proceeded was very important to us. We didn’t want to just hire a company and never hear from them again until the final product. Although we spoke with Jason a couple of times, we almost exclusively dealt with John. His dedication to making sure that we were informed, educated, and satisfied throughout the entire process was incredible. Since we are on the west coast, John frequently replied to emails and called us after their business hours to make up for the time difference, which did not go unnoticed. We’re not going to lie - we obsess over the details (sometimes a little too much), but it’s a big part of our work. And therefore, we recognize it isn’t always easy to work with us. *Somewhere over in Long Island, John is probably chuckling and attesting to that :) . The average website development company would most likely refuse to acknowledge our request to change a couple of words here and there, or to add an asterisk to a required form question, or to swap two pictures. But, that’s why we decided to go with Design Me. They’re not average. They’re above it.We love our new website and the increased user-friendliness of it. It will definitely make our client onboarding process more efficient and eliminate wasted time on our end. We look forward to seeing how it performs. *Our site was just launched, but we will happily update this review once we see the effects of their work on our SEO.
