This is the second time we have purchased flooring from Design Superstore in Waco. Their entire team is exceptional. During this process, we went to the store several times and each time were greeted by Candice, who always gave us a beautiful smile while ensuring we received prompt assistance. Our salesman, Carl Fox, is very knowledgeable regarding the many lines of flooring without being pushy. He was always very helpful and even came to our house to measure the area. Genesis then took over and kept us informed regarding the ordering/receipt of the product, as well as installation. The install team could not have been better. Jose and his team are the best installers you will ever find. They are very detail oriented and gave us exceptional service. This was a fantastic experience and we are very pleased with our new vinyl plank flooring.

Greeted promptly then after that the sales person was “putting out a fire.” He checked in with us a couple times telling us it will be just a couple more minutes. We were there an hour waiting then decided to leave. When we were walking out the sales person was sitting at a table with a different customer (and not the customer he was so called “putting out a fire with.” Next time be honest about wait time so my husband and I can come back instead of wasting an hour in the store.Edited my review to add that we followed up with Rick and he went above and beyond to give us our time back. Thank you for listening and valuing your customers. We are looking forward to working with y’all !

I have been fortunate to have received excellent service AND products from Design Superstore...and pricing plans to fit my budget!Floorings, granite, ideas and trust both in the past and moving towards the future. Currently l am planning on updating my vessel sinks in my largest bathroom and they are on the same wave length as l am. Attitude good and welcoming; when l had a question about my kitchen granite and the in-set stove, they came back after the fact to fix it and didn't charge me. To me, that IS service. I have never seen anything in their store that wasn't of quality.

From the onset, we received great customer service from Johnny Tucker. Johnny Tucker is professional, knowledgeable and most helpful in helping us find the best countertops for our bathroom project. I would highly recommend Johnny to anyone who is looking at Design Superstore for their design needs.We were very impressed with the installation team. They were efficient and polite and the lead team member seemed to be very knowledgeable in his work.

We've just finished our second project with Design Superstore and are very pleased. This was our first time to work with Daniel and I can assure you he will be my go to guy in the future. He's very professional, full of knowledge and experience, and he walked with us every step of the way. If you have any type of flooring, granite, or lighting needs, call Design Superstore and be sure you ask for Daniel.

Had a $14,000 vinyl floor installed. Our salesperson was HORRIBLE. She didn't give us any info on product, which turned out to be a pretty significant problem. Also, the people who did the work used quarter round way, way too large for baseboard style, and, the ends look like they were chewed by rats. Awful. But our bad. We didn't complain at the time and now it's too late. Bottom line, it was a very bad job of installing flooring and we'll never go back into their store again.
