Incredible results! We used DesignContest to create a new logo. We could not have been more pleased. We received 164 designs from 74 designers. The process was quick, easy and painless. The most difficult part was deciding which of the excellent designs to choose. Highly recommend DesignContest and will use them again on future projects.

The best customer service. They answered all my questions when i called and I called a lot. I am not very knowledgable when it comes to computers. So, those of you who are not, give them a try. Had many design to choose from. Many good ones. It was a hard decision. Thank you for everything, it was a good experience.

This company has so many good things to write about. Running a contest for my new logo was easy and fun, maybe a little overwhelming with so many outstanding entries to choose from. Running the contest was smooth and easy. The designers are exceptional and VERY responsive. Since I had so Many High Quality designs I bumped my contest up to a 3 prize contest! Working with the designers was extremely easy. The designers submit an entry, I asked for a revision, designer submitted revised design. At the end of the contest I sent a vote out to several people to help to choose the best design. Once I chose my winning designs I was able to work with my winners in a finalization area for 7 more days to tweak the designs a little more. reading some of these reviews I am a little shocked because the support at designcontest is about the best I have ever experienced.Support for this site is exceptional. The support advised me on how to rate and give feedback as well as tips on how to run my contest. A very nice gal on the phone chatted with me about my options when it comes to choosing my winner and convinced me to upgrade my contest to 3 prize contest. (very happy I chose this upgrade) This gal also helped me with copyright question I had about a specific design I was thinking about choosing. She did some in-depth searches and found this design to be clipart. I am extremely appreciative of the way this company looks out for clients! This design was immediately removed and the designer was dealt with in a very quick way . I can't write enough "good" things about the support on this site! I used the live chat, the phone and the sites helpdesk. Very responsive, extremely helpful. More companies need to check out the support designcontest has and take notesI had new designers and very experienced designers in my contest. I had all levels of design in my contest and in the end it was a new designer that won my contest.The designers were all outstanding to work with, very eager to make minor editsI don't have anything bad or negative to report about this company or the designers. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing a new logo. I will use designcontest for all my design needs

Horrific customer service!Entered contestPlenty of entries. 3/4 of entries came straight from clip art. We did consider them but in the end none of them where what we wanted. Called to get a refund as they say it's 100% money back guarantee. When I called To get a refund I was lextured on why I was being unfair to the entries. i am still waiting in refund. I have never delt with worse customer service.

I work with them several times, for logo and for a website design. I was really impressed by the nubmers of great designs I had to choose from. I enjoyed communicating with designers, they asked me a lot of questions and showed that they were really interested. Suport team always helped me with the questions of payment and promoting my contests, I appreciate that. Highly recommend!
