I saw the sign

I had one of the worst customer service experiences that I can remember. To start with, there was no official sign-off on the project before it started, and I naively assumed they knew what they were doing. After placing my signage, they changed some colors without notifying me or my designer and did a sloppy job overall, like pasting my sign over someone else's without removing the previous sign first, so that you can see the old one showing through. They then admitted they made some mistakes and promised to repair these. I then attempted to follow up with them via email, phone, and even the owner's personal cell-phone that he gave me, and after weeks and several attempts, to this day, I have not gotten one call back or email back and am done pursuing them on something they promised. They are clearly in overwhelm and if they choose to not respond to their own customers, then this communicates their lack of care and integrity. I would seriously advise you to look somewhere else for your signage needs.
