Overall Feedback:

I ordered merchandise from this company which serves as a fulfillment center for Citi's extracash reward program and they overcharged me by over $25 in shipping and handling costs. They originally wanted to soak me for over $80 to ship a box of merchandise that costs them about $25 since the total weight would be about 30lb if that. Doing business with this company should be avoided at all costs, I plan on closing my citi card account and when they followup to ask why, I will place all the blame on Destination Rewards. I advise against anyone doing business with this outfit and hope that citi removes them as a vendor sooner than later.
