Feedback:

When my laptop was shut down by a bad Windows update, the box stores' only solution was to wipe the hard drive clean. That would have been a disaster for me. Kate managed to restore the hard drive through several hours of painstaking work. She came to my aid immediately and even brought the laptop back to my house. She is the one to call if your computer is misbehaving.
