Client Review on Diffactory

I have engaged with Diffactory on 2 occasions and both times it has been awesome! My first project with them was having them complete a Logo, Stationary, and Business Card package. They knocked this out of the park! The entire team was great to work with, and the communication from beginning of the project to the end was perfect. The designer was with me the entire time and I never felt rushed or that I had to come up with all the ideas. It was a total team effort. On the second project they began the long process of building a sweet website. Again, I couldn't have asked for a better team to take on this challenge. I am not an easy customer, but they met me each time with challenges and anytime I challenged them they went above and beyond. They know what customer services is, and they know what it takes to produce a quality product. I will use them again in the future without a hesitation.
