Going to this UPS store was a bad experience. I came here because on the UPS store I arrange for my package to be hold. When I arrived there, they could not find my package. It was clearly said in the email that a lady name SHaH received the package. We had to search for it ourselves and after 30 minutes we found it. They did not seem to care much if our package was missing or not.
