Client Review on Digital Advertising, LLC

Feedback:

I had a horrible experience at this store. I entered the store 6.45 pm sharp just to drop-off a package. The store hours say 7 pm closing , but the guy sitting at the register (who claims himself as the owner) told me that he can’t accept any more drop-offs as the register is already closed. I asked him then why the store hours say 7 pm? Instead of agreeing that he closed early, the guy had the audacity to question me why I came late and what I was I doing that I can’t come early. People like me who go to NYC every day for work, would like to access stores that stay open after 6pm. The guy was immensely rude and unprofessional. I RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO CONSIDER OTHER UPS STORES IF AVAILABLE NEARBY!!!!
