Their service is fantastic! I purchased a copy of their VersaFrame software and once I got into working on a project, I had a couple questions. I gave them a call and reached a live person in seconds. Their support staff was able to provide the answers to my questions with ease and got me going very quickly...hats off to them, hands down!

Purchased their software years ago and paid a lot - paid the annual maintenance ($500++ annually) for many years. Now that I retired I chose not to keep paying (can aford it) then my computer died. I purchased a new computer and wanted to restore my software. They refuse to give me a replacement key to again use it. I now really regret spending so much of my money on a company who doesn't stand behind their sale - unless you pay, and pay and pay.If your interested - buyer beware!
