What was the best part of the experience?

When we hired Digital Farm back in 2019, we were at a point where we knew we either needed to make a push to grow, or we needed to find something else to do. We were breaking even, but you can only go that direction for so long before you need to explore other options. We reached out to a few SEO companies, but DMA was by far the most professional of them. They proposed a campaign for us for around $2k per month and we decided to take the leap after a lot of back and forth. It was a bit nerve racking, but after a few months we were already seeing a return on our investment. Our online sales has continued to grow month after month and our online store has had to evolve as a result of the increase in demand.

What would you change about the experience?

We weren’t entirely receptive to how long it would take to see results from SEO. We had an idea of what SEO was and that we needed it, but even now while I understand it takes time, I don’t entirely understand why. I just know that I almost had second thoughts two months in, but their team did all they could to assure me that they were working hard to produce the results.
