What was the best part of the experience?

They completed the web design in a very timely manner, and they continue to provide updates on a regular basis. Digital Guru provides statistics on a monthly basis, and then they also do quarterly reviews. Charles is very responsive and willing to meet with us if we want to change campaigns or make adjustments. He's good at keeping us informed and following through.

What would you change about the experience?

No, there is nothing that I can think of right now. Digital Guru is very responsive. As a firm, they’re very attuned to finding out how they can take your business to the next level and help you achieve your goals.

Overall Feedback:

The site they built is much more professional-looking, accessible, and user-friendly than our previous one. We can now track new business based on the source, such as whether it’s coming from the website or our own referrals. We can also use Google Analytics to see what pages we show up on for different searches. Digital Guru provides reports, and we monitor the analytics ourselves as well.
